ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software is used to manage main business processes of an organization. One area where they don’t help is managing the supplier interactions.
Let us explain.
When a purchase order is issued to a supplier, the responsibility (“headache”) of constantly following up with supplier to ensure the supplies are delivered on time falls upon the purchase manager. And this manual drudgery (as one client of ours calls it), is what prybox handles.
Prybox was built in a way that it can integrate with ERP (via API), and augment its capabilities in this area. This lets the client use their existing ERP and benefit from prybox capabilities in a seamless fashion.
